Marta Salicrú, aka Salicrunette, is the director of Radio Primavera Sound. Music journalist with a career in Rockdelux and Time Out Barcelona, among other media, she played records – as half of the duo Bonnie & Clyde or solo – at festivals like Vida, FIB, Madrid Pop Fest, Summercase and British Indietracks; in clubs like London’s How Does It Feel to Be Loved and Miqui Puig’s Old Wave New Wave at La [2] de Apolo, and in venues like Razzmatazz’s Pop Bar and Sala VOL in Barcelona, and in Siroco and Ochoymedio in Madrid.
He plays pop songs, understood in a very broad sense, and his sessions range from the Girl Group Sound of the sixties to contemporary R&B, including Catalan rumba, in a musical journey that goes from the American West Coast to Japan, passing through Chile, Colombia, Jamaica, Spain, the UK, France and Italy.
