Pop y Muerte

CIP26Podcast live

One of the live podcasts that will be enjoyed at this edition is Pop y Muerte, a project about popular culture now in its fifth season. Kiko Amat (1971) and Benja Villegas (1982) met working on radio shows five years ago and haven鈥檛 stopped talking since. Natural-born podcasters, these two sons of the Barcelona suburbs share their passion for subculture, punk rock, unabashed geekiness, and quality clothes.

Those who follow them have heard programs on topics as diverse as homicide, pop music, cults, and soccer. Live, Pop y Muerte unleash their overflowing eloquence and remarkable pop erudition, the fruit of having spent the best years of their lives surrounded by records, comics, films, and books. And drugs. Just kidding.
